Conagra National Sales Meeting

 

Conagra Brands’ sales team converged onto Miami to discover new product innovations and learn what strategies they could implement in the year ahead.

THE TASK

Agency EA was asked to partner with Conagra Brands to develop an event identity for their annual national sales meeting, as well as produce their general session. Conagra wanted this year’s general session to be a truly engaging experience that inspired action for its attendees. When considering the event theme and identity, we were tasked with creating striking visuals that had roots in the company guidelines.

 
 
 

THE DESIGN PROCESS

The theme selected for this year’s National Sales Meeting was ‘Fuel our Future’. To find an identity that supported the story of cultivating promise for the future of the company, we looked no further than Conagra Brands’ own logo. The distinct three leaves tell a story of land and water producing growth. These colors and shapes captured within the leaves informed palette and pattern decisions as I set to assemble an event style guide for multiple agency partners to utilize. Even with newly-designed brand assets for the event, each application felt like an evolved extension of what made Conagra what it is today.

 
 
 

THE RESULTS

The event branding came to life in the general session through motion graphics and presentation content. Across three days of programming, our team was able to concept and execute three light-hearted interstitial moments of levity that invited audience members to take the stage and accomplish challenges that put their sales knowledge to the test. The resulting general session created picture-perfect moments for Conagra’s sales team, that had them truly engaged and entertained day in and day out.

 
 
 

Final Thought

This was a fun and unique opportunity that allowed me to explore content outside of the event branding parameters. I was able to loosen up to design multiple gameshow-like graphics that were playful and stimulating.
